It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine Allison Volkart on October 13, 2023.
Cathy was predeceased by her mother, Joyce and father, Glenn Lye. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Bruce; children, Ashlee (Ryan) and Alli (Dustin); grandchildren, Oliver and Maebel; brothers and sister-in-law Gord, and James and Lisa Lye; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Doug and Jan Volkart, Gord and Lori Volkart, and Gail and Andy Bommersbach; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on October 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel at 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba at https://alzheimer.mb.ca.
