I had the pleasure of playing Rugby with Curtis with the Griffins and later with the Wombats. He was a great rugby player and taught me a ton on how to play. We also went on a fun trip or two down to the USA to curl. Curtis was always a pleasure to be around. Condolences to the family . Greg - Posted by: Greg Kippen (Friend ) on: Nov 03, 2023

I had the pleasure of playing rugby with Curtis, first against him when he was part of the Griffins Rugby Club and then with him on the Wombats Rugby Club. Curtis was a powerful and talented rugby player, and was an amazing teammate. He was terrific company, was an awful lot of fun to be around and will be missed by his rugby family. I offer my condolences. - Posted by: Tyler Kochanski (Teammate & Friend ) on: Nov 01, 2023

Our condolences to Lea and Curtis' family. We have great memories of the kid's playing on the street, the odd driveway party and for me in the last few years, a great afternoon on the deck with good conversation and much laughter. Will miss you Curtis. Bill, Jess & Amine, Paul & Renee - Posted by: Bill Strong (Neighbour) on: Oct 30, 2023

Mom and Dad (Art and Delphine) bought a cottage at Falcon Lake in 1971 and we soon learned it was close to Auntie Jeannie and Uncle John’s (Curtis’ parents) cottage. That summer, Curtis went from a cousin we saw once or twice a year to one of the gang as we swam, skied, boated and just hung around together at the lake. I have very fond memories of those days and more than a few regrets that time, circumstance and distance led to the inevitable changes in our ability to spend time together. Our condolences to Curtis’ family. - Posted by: Fred Kamins (Cousin) on: Oct 28, 2023

I used to babysit Curtis a very long time ago. It is always sad when we lose one of the Kamins descendents. - Posted by: Leslie Hemphill (Cousin) on: Oct 28, 2023
