My ANGEL friend on earth,
left 10 years ago today.
She fought so hard to be with us,
it broke my heart that day.
Compassionate and just,
in all of her ways.
Thoughtful and kind,
until the end of her days.
A divine soul, my mentor,
and a blessing to know.
No one on earth was ever her foe.
Thank you, dear one,
for being my friend.
I will miss you and your smile,
until my life too does end.
Always missed, dearly loved,
and never forgotten.
