DAVID DANIEL COSTINAK
David Costinak passed away peacefully on December 8 with his wife Lora by his side at their home in Colorado Springs. He was predeceased by his first wife Lyona in 2013. He is survived by daughter Sharlene (Dave) Reimer and son Brian (Tina) Kauste, as well as six grandkids and five great-grandsons.
