• Bev was a remarkable friend. She was always kind, cheerful, generous. She was wonderful to our kids. Our community was incredibly lucky to have enjoyed her presence for as long as we did. • Our condolences to the family. We were friends of Bev & Pat since the 1960’s & what wonderful memories! Our trip together to the Bahamas - family celebrations at their homes in Transcona & Kenora. We ladies celebrated our September birthdays together. Bev was a marvellous cook & we had fun experimenting with new tastes & laughing at our failures (only a few). We visited each other across the provinces & kept in touch for many years. The family memories of her will no doubt bring smiles through the tears. • Bev and her late husband Pat are a part of Whiteshell history. Owners of Major's Service at West Hawk Lake; you could count on them for pretty much anything. Both had wonderful sense of humour and stopping in on the way to our cottage at Ingolf was always a must do on the way. • Back in the day, whenever we needed a few groceries while at the cottage, a trip to Majors Store at Penniac Bay always became an opportunity for a friendly chat with Bev (and Pat). Bev always had a smile and a cheery word or two during our visits and doing business at Majors was always a pleasure. Our sincere condolences to all the Mason family in your loss.
