With family by her side, our beloved mother, grandmother and partner peacefully continued on her eternal journey on January 14th, 2024. Born in Winnipeg’s North End in 1947, Helen lived an incredible life full of love and adventure. She is predeceased by her mother, Helen Guest, her brother, Alan Lusignan, and by her father. Helen is survived by her three children: Helen (Fraser), Lara, and Jared, whom she loved with all her heart; by her adored grandchildren Leah and Lukas Gertzen, her life partner, Linda Sherrin; childhood friend Lynn Lusignan, nieces, nephews and cousins. Helen will be forever remembered by those whose lives she touched, including her beloved family, extended and close, her dear friends, as well as by her sports teammates and the youth she worked with.
A private cremation will be held on January 22nd 2024. A large Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
