I knew "Hollywood" on and off for the last 25 or so years. A true character! His mannerisms and his way of communicating was unique, to say the least. I worked with him for a couple of years and travelled quite a bit with him and I can tell you he was beloved on the road and was a great salesman. He marched to his own drummer and it worked for him. Peel back his slick, ( he thought), exterior and he had a heart of gold. He will be missed. One hilarious dude!! - Posted by: Grant Gyles (Friend) on: Feb 05, 2024

David was a kind hearted soul. He was my first friend when I moved in next door to his family. We spent many days playing games and hanging out with Jeff across the street. We stayed friends through our young adulthood and even had some of our first jobs working together. Over the past few years we reconnected when I was back in town and it was funny how the years slipped away as we spoke about the old days. Dave you will be missed and thanks for your generosity to the Marks family. - Posted by: Bruce (Friend) on: Jan 26, 2024

I had the pleasure of working with Dave for about 20 years, he was very knowledgeable and a hard worker, he was very easy to like and get to know. He used to bring me bottles of my favorite Canadian whiskey, Crown Royal. I am so sorry for the family's loss, Dave will be missed! - Posted by: Chris Fjeldsted (Customer/Friend) on: Jan 24, 2024

It was a pleasure working with you over the last 10 years. We had some laughs and drove each other nuts at times but always got back to laughs no matter what. Thanks for the ear over the years and the chats and advice. We will all miss you. I say this next two words in the tone that you told me you liked, “ok bye” I know you heard that from where you are now. 🥰 - Posted by: Lisa Rose (Co-worker) on: Jan 24, 2024
