Gerald (Gerry) Desmond Taylor Russell went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2024 in Abbotsford, BC. He was born in Winnipeg on November 2, 1929.
He is predeceased by his three older siblings, (Mary, John (Jack) and Ron) and his first wife, Darlene. He worked for CN Rail from 1949 to 1990. In 1972, Gerry married Mary Ann Krahn. He loved volunteering and did so at church, music events, Canadian Cancer Society, Red Cross and the local hospital.
Gerry is survived by his wife Mary Ann; daughters, Sharon (Glenn Bowles) and Heather (Calvin Dyck); five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A private service was held in January.
