Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I will never forget you Victoria. We met on-line on parents of Winnipeg. I think we connected because of our similar way to fight for living the best of life despite our circumstance. I will never forget your fierce hug when we actually got to meet in person. I will always wish we could have went for that walk. I have to accept that it was a just a bonus getting to know you and help your family find your home here. I hope this provided you with much peace and comfort. You offered your friendship so selflessly when you were going through so much. All of the information that you shared on your journey with your battle with cancer was so inspiring to help those not only fighting cancer, but to everyone, as we all need to find strength, balance and joy in this world for the short time we are here. You left quite the mark. I miss you. You are missed on Parents of Winnipeg. I hope only the best for Adam and the girls during this time. Most of all, I hope your current journey is as amazing as you were with your time here. Love always, Tracy - Posted by: Tracy Granger (Friend / Realtor) on: Feb 04, 2024

  • I first got to know Victoria while working remotely together. We became friends and we met face to face in Montréal, where I also met Adam. Victoria was a cheerful, optimistic and happy person. She was amazingly proud of her daughters and spoke so wonderfully of both of them and her husband. When she was diagnosed she maintained that attitude. She just never gave up and did so much to try and stay with all of us longer. Her brave and courageous battle and the mettle with which she met her disease is a testament to the kind of person she was. I will miss her. All my thoughts are with Adam and the girls. May you travel through your grief knowing that you are held dear by many of us that loved her too. - Posted by: Laura Boudreau (Friend) on: Feb 03, 2024
