Nicolaas Wetter of Nelson, BC passed away at 93 on February 25, 2024.
He was predeceased by his wife Thea (Weiffering), son Trevor, grandson Rusty, great-grandchildren, Amy and Joseph, brother Bob, brother-in-law Eldon Sorbel. He is survived by four children, Annika Ashfield, Sonja Saquet (Paul), Bob (Mindy), Roger (Bronwen), 11 grandchildren, nine great-grand-children, sister Hella Sorbel and sister-in-law Arlene Wetter.
In place of flowers, friends and family may make a contribution to the Kootenay Lake Hospital Equipment Fund.
A celebration of Opa's life will be held at a later date.
