Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

I only just found out that Linda is now at peace with the Lord and it saddened my whole being. The church closed during Covid and we did not see many people return. I often wondered when Linda would be returning to sing with us again. Now she is singing in the greatest choir on high. Having sung with Linda for many years was my pleasure. Over the years we supported each other by trying our best during some of the difficult pieces we sang. Linda was a sweet gentle lady full of faith and a quiet sense of humour. She was a proud mother who loved deeply and wanted only the best for her family, her husband and her sons. When she became a grandmother we would share pictures of our grandchildren. She was so happy to be blessed with grandchildren. How do we explain the loss we feel when someone so special is lost to that deadly disease cancer! My sincerest condolences to Herbert and to the family. Linda will be watching from above and is only a thought away in prayer. God bless you Herbert and sons. Linda gave us much to hold on to in our memories. Our loss is God's gain in a truly beautiful person with a tremendous faith. - Posted by: Eileen McDowell (Church Choir member) on: Jul 03, 2024
