Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLENE MOURANT-SCARCELLA
On April 2, 2024 our beautifully gentle, innocent soul, Charlene went home.
Born in Dufresne, MB, a small farming town east of Winnipeg. Raised in a loving family including her Mom Rose Marie, Dad Charles and brothers, Glenn and Darryl.
Fate brought Charlene and Franc together while working at Stern GMC in Winnipeg. They married on June 8, 1984, and for over 40 years shared a palpable, genuine love story.
Charlene welcomed two beautiful children into the world. Kyle, born September 30, 1986, and Francesca, born September 24, 1990. She dedicated her life to raising her kids in a home full of love, support and home cooked meals.
Charlene saw several moves throughout her life, following family betterment opportunities as they arose. From Winnipeg, MB to Tsawwassen, BC and again to Kelowna, BC. An eternal optimist, she found the best wherever she went, making friends and new homes along the way.
Forever devoted to her family, Charlene inevitably settled in Alberta to follow her kids and five beautiful grandsons. Kyle (Alix), Ben, Quinn, Myles and Francesca (Nathan), Landon and Keegan.
Despite health challenges in her final years Charlene continued to find purpose in her family as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her immediate family, Charlene leaves behind her brother Glenn (Joanne), and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins with whom she shared special memories.
Truly the brightest light in any room, Charlene will be deeply missed by those lucky enough to love her.
"Thank you for all these soft, sweet things you left behind. You live on in our homes, heads and hearts."

I grew up with Charlene and used do lots of sleepovers at her house in Dufresne. My parents were very good friends with her parents Charlie and Rosie. I have great memories of Charlene in my younger years. She was just a burst of Joy 24/7. My sincere condolences to the family and Glenn and Joanne. - Posted by: Louise Trudeau ( Perrin) (Grew up together ) on: Apr 15, 2024
