JENNIFER MICHELLE IRENE ULICKI

It with great sorrow that the family of Jennifer Ulicki announces the passing of their beloved daughter, sister and aunt on January 15, 2024, at the age of 47 years.

Jenny will be forever missed by her parents, Nestor and Katherine Ulicki, her two "Sister Souls", Alanna and Karen, her niece Paige and nephew Evan, and her brother-in-law Todd. Also left to mourn are Len and Tiana, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues and friends.

Jenny was born and raised in Winnipeg and later moved to Ottawa, where she had worked for the federal government for the past 24 years. She was a bundle of so many wonderful things. A beautiful, one of a-kind soul-sensitive, compassionate, empathetic, thoughtful and kind. She had a heart of gold and always had the back of those she loved. She was fun-loving and funny, and could make you laugh like no one else. She loved to sing and dance and watch food and travel shows. She wanted to see the world and often commented that she was never happier than when travelling. Jenny was also a passionate animal lover, loving and caring for many furry friends over the years. She had a special place in her heart for her beloved Boston Terrier Lola.

As per Jenny's wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will have a small, private celebration of her life at a later date.

We love you to the moon and back Jenny and will hold you tight in our hearts every single day. Our lives will never be the same without you.

Rest in peace Sunshine.

  • I remember when I was out front playing street hockey in my early 20's she came outside and asked me if I wanted a Pavel Bure Poster that she wanted to get rid of and I said sure. So she went into her parent's house and came out and gave it to me. I still have it to this day. She was always such a nice person and we would run into each other at the bus stop when we were heading off to our jobs. I enjoyed talking with her. - Posted by: Jesse Estabrooks (Neighbor) on: Apr 12, 2024
