It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francesco on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the age of 34.
Francesco was a devoted husband, and a loving father, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his wife Michelle, children, Nicolo and Francesco, parents, Eugenio and Elena, sister Adelina (Kyle), niece Alessia, and nephew Matteo.
Francesco was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on October 22, 1989. He found his soulmate in Michelle and Michelle’s family welcomed him with love. Francesco and Michelle grew a beautiful family together. He was the pillar of his family and loved them with all his heart. Francesco was happiest when surrounded by his children and family, and cherished every moment he shared with them.
Francesco’s smile lit up the room. He had a special bond with his cousins and friends and loved spending time with them. His warmth and kindness can still be felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will forever remain in our hearts.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Avenue, on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Condolences will be offered at 9:00 a.m., with Mass at 10:00 a.m., followed by burial at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue.

We thank the many people that have been by our family’s side since Francesco’s devastating diagnosis. We will miss him for the rest of our lives.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Francesco’s memory may be made to his children’s education fund.
