BARBARA COTE
With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Barb.
Survived by her husband Paul of 51 years, children, Blair (Tacey) and Kristie (Chris), grandchildren, Hielo, Anika, Skylar, Vanessa, and Josh; sister Maureen (Harry), brother Brad (Joanne), and extended family.
Barb cherished adventures, living in Flin Flon, Thompson, Kenora, Brandon, Regina, and Winnipeg.
She adored gardening, sewing, and travel. Barb had an entrepreneurial spirit, cofounding two businesses. She was especially proud of Siberian Studios, blending her love for hockey and photo editing. Her favourite travels included the Rockies, desert, and Florida Keys.
Funeral is Wednesday, May 15 at 1:00 p.m., at the Immaculate Conception Church in Fisher Branch, followed by a private family interment.

I’ve known Barb through her daughter Kristie for 20+ years and we spent some Thanksgivings, Christmases, Birthdays, and other gatherings together over the years. She was always kind to me and giving of her time and energy with her family.
