JOHN S. MCINTYRE
A Celebration of the Life of John S. McIntyre Saturday, June 1, 2024, 7:00 p.m., at Southside Golf Course (2226 Southside Road, Grande Point, MB).
With heavy hearts yet filled with the joy of John's memory, Bev, Stacey, and Mike invite you to join them in celebrating a life that touched us all.
John's life was filled with people and relationships he celebrated and treasured. Many were from his time at the University of Manitoba, Oldtimers Hockey, his snowbird community in Hemet, Fort Richmond Community Centre, or his local Condo Board. In each of these circles, John built lasting friendships, shared laughter and stories, and made a difference in the lives of those around him. On Saturday, we will gather to honour these connections and celebrate a life enriched by friendship and community.
Light refreshments will be served, but the main course will be the love and memories we share.

I was a student of John's in 1982. He was my professor and then my thesis advisor. He was my mentor, my life coach, and my friend. I have treasured that relationship and looked forward to seeing John when I came home to Winnipeg each year. My condolences to Bev, Stacey and Michael. I just found out today and I grieve for the loss of your husband and father . . . and the loss of my friend.
