We are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Father and Grandpa, Louis Tataryn, on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the age of 86 years.
Louis will be lovingly remembered by his children, Philip Tataryn (Judith), Sandra Boutcher and Dr. Brian Tataryn (Kristin); grandchildren, Laura, Emily, Alex, Geoffrey, Sarah and Katherine. Louis was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Effie (nee Stepaniuk); his daughter Sharon and son-in-law Earl Firth; his parents, William and Teenie Tataryn; his siblings, Lawrence Tataryn and Mary Zambik.
Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 505 Watt Street, in Winnipeg, with Rev. Fr. V. Bashutskyy officiating. Interment will take place at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Rosa, MB.
