It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Debra Ann Haysman on May 29, 2024. Debbie passed away in the loving of arms of her husband Grant and was surrounded with the love of her dear sister Norma by her side.
Born in New Zealand in 1956, she settled with her family in Winnipeg.
Debbie worked as a counsellor at Red River College for 36 years and was dedicated to the students she worked with, advocating for them every step of the way throughout their education.
She touched our hearts and even throughout her suffering, thought of how she could help others after her passing. We will miss her dearly, yet she will forever be in our thoughts.
A celebration of Debbie's life will take place on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Breezy Bend Country Club, 7620 Roblin Blvd., from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

I am saddened to hear of Debbie’s untimely passing. I will always think of her as Norma’s kid sister. She was so spunky and full of life. Always a funny kid with a big smile. We were deeply saddened when we heard of Debbie's passing. Her courageous battle over the last seven years was a testament to her strength and resilience. Grant, we can't imagine the depth of your loss, and we want you to know our thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time. We hope you can find some comfort in the cherished memories you shared with Debbie and may you find some peace and solace in knowing she is no longer suffering.
