PAMELA-RAE HAGEN
PAMELA-RAE HAGEN nee MacDONALD, age 53 years, died peacefully in the early morning hours of June 11, 2024 with her beloved husband Ryan by her side. Pam was predeceased by mother, Elizabeth MacDonald, grandfather Phillip MacDonald and special grandmother Jean MacDonald. Left to cherish memories of Pam are daughters Ashley and Desirae; grandson Leonard; granddaughter Tayen; father Leonard (Dorothy) MacDonald; sister Kimberly (Bruce) Sloan; brothers Cory (Yvon) Rodgers and Darren (Terri) Rodgers; and in-laws Carl (Dad) and Lynne (Mom) Hagen; Vicki (Guy) Philibert, and Paul (Val) Hagen; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pam was devoted to her family, making many family traditions that will endure. She was the best Mimi to Leonard and Tayen. Pam opened her home and her heart to all who came to call. She loved her gardens of perennials, annuals and vegetables. She would often shop the thrift stores looking for the perfect bargain. Camping with husband Ryan on their anniversary weekend brought Pam much joy. Pam fought the good fight. She is at rest.
The family extends thanks and appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at CancerCare Manitoba and Riverview Health Center in Winnipeg for the loving care they provided for Pam.
Cremation has taken place and a private burial of ashes will take place later.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 5, 2024, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 215, 215 Maxwell King Drive, East Saint Paul, Manitoba.
