The family of George Stewart Watson are saddened to announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather a few weeks after his 92nd birthday. Dad passed peacefully in the early morning hours of July 19 under a beautiful harvest moon, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Sheila; four children, David (Shari), Peggy, Laurie, Wendy (Rick); eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Our dad was everything to us. He took care of us always, we will be eternally grateful for his presence in all our lives. He was the ultimate family man. Thanks for everything Dad, you will be missed. You were simply the best. Till we meet again.
Following Dad’s wishes there was a small family Celebration of Life held at his grandson Jordan’s house where many happy memories were shared.
