Darcy Chorney died Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Ninette, Manitoba.
Darcy is lovingly remembered by spouse and best friend Sheila Cooper; son Ryan Chorney; daughter Lesli Onyshko (Avery); grandchildren, Alleah and Frankie; and bonus children, Bradey Alcock (Mitch) and Trevan Alcock.
Darcy was predeceased by daughter Erin Chorney and parents, John and Jean Chorney.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 23, 2024, at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #3, Brandon, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m.
Donations in memory of Darcy may be made to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection:

I’m sending my condolences to everyone that loved Darcy and that knew him. He was such a bright light, so funny and he always had such a big smile on his face and he was such a great brother to my best friend Cindy. He will truly be remembered as wonderful dad, brother, son and friend. I am So fortunate that I got to see Darcy with his wonderful spouse Sheila, last month and he was living his dream at his new cottage, driving his new boat, laughing with friends and loving his family.
