Chris was full of life and memories. I remember his boat which carried many friends on the red river and lake of the woods. (Many times to the storman Norman.) I had the good fortune to drive down to Cancun with chris in a rented motor home for a month of scuba diving and laughs. To many stories to share but many to remember. Great guy! - Posted by: Shaun horan (Friend) on: Dec 24, 2024

The Loscerbo and Stewart families lived five houses apart on Riverwood Avenue in Fort Garry. Chris and Howard Stewart were both born in 1956 and were lifelong best friends until Howard’s death in 2014 . Chris and Howard played volleyball together at Viscount Alexander school and Vincent Massey collegiate. They played badminton together and loved living the life of being Fort Garry kids. As adults, geography kept them many miles apart, but they remained fast friends. When Chris needed help in the late 1980’s Howard came home to Winnipeg for him and for Laura . In 2010 Chris and his two sisters Jane and Cathey came home for the VMC 50th reunion. The reminiscing at the beer garden in the old Wildwood club badminton courts was once in a lifetime.. To Daniella and Chris, your fabulous dad was a warrior. Chris had a tenacious spirit. I will remember him with much love and much respect. These two wonderful guys are up together in heaven singing the ‘Aurora Borealis’ song (their thing?!) and eating Italian cuisine. Kindest regards. So sorry for the loss of Chris. Have some fun memories of him when I taught him swimming or going to Pasquale’s. - Posted by: Anne (Scott) (Friend ) on: Dec 19, 2024
