Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR LARRY OLIN
With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Arthur Larry Olin who died on December 10, 2024, at the age of 77. Arthur was predeceased by his parents and sister Sandra Olin. Arthur will be lovingly remembered by his brother Paul (Elaine) Olin; Several nephews and a niece have fond memories of dear “Uncle Artie”.
Arthur was born on February 8, 1947, and lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was a lifelong resident. His laughter was large, drawing laughter from all around him. Arthur decided early on that life for him was not about accomplishment. It was about happiness.
He traveled South on many motorcycle trips, and in each place, he would seek out adventure and fun where many wonderful memories were made. Nobody was more into Nissan Sports Cars, Motorcycles, Warm Weather Destinations and the Red Top. He will be greatly missed and remembered for his pranks, and the fun he had, and funny jokes.
A funeral service was held on Thursday December 12 at The Chesed Shel Emes, officiated by Rabbi Anibal Mass with burial following at The Shaarey Zedek Cemetery.

I met Art many years ago, at Country Kitchen on Main Street. At one point in time, my parents rented a suite from him in the apartments on Alpine. That was many years ago. I was just thinking about him and all the laughs we had along with my sister Linda. Very odd to see the date of his passing, as he passed away on the same date as she did but 3 years later. RIP Art. Hope you are having a good time on the other side. :-) - Posted by: Joanne Churchill (Friend) on: Feb 07, 2025

Art and I have a long past from muscle cars to Harleys. We've known each other for almost 50 years. We originally met at Country Kitchen on main street. Art and I traveled to the Alberta mountains to go skiing years ago and I came out to Arizona with my motorcycle to hang out in Scottsdale to enjoy a few laughs. Art could always make you laugh. I haven't run into Art for the few years, but I will always remember the good times. RIP old buddy! - Posted by: Les Kaplan (Friend ) on: Dec 24, 2024

I remember Art from Country Style Donuts back in the day. We rode together and enjoyed each other's company. Long time since then but I remember him as a good guy always with a smile and a hand out to greet a friend. My condolences to his family. Ride free, brother. - Posted by: Scott Miner (Friend) on: Dec 24, 2024
