After a long battle with dementia, Andy died at the GNH in Edmonton, Alberta. We are grateful for the care provided by staff on the palliative care unit.
Andy leaves behind to mourn Louise (nee Charette) his wife of 61 years. His daughter Nicole (Gavin) van Kuppeveld, his son Robert Guay. Three granddaughters Sarah (Boris) Papuga, Lauren (Mackenzie) van Kuppeveld and Carmen Relling. And his great-grandson Luka Andre Papuga. Andy was pre-deceased by his son Chris Guay (2017). We have many great memories in our hearts to ease our loss.
