GUNTER HAFFKI
Gunter Haffki, beloved husband of Ginny passed away peacefully December 25, 2024.
Gunter and Ginny were married for 48 years. He was a treasured Dad to Butch (Val) Gillis, Carol-Ann Gillis, Karen (Terry) Selman, Darlene Haffki, and Maureen (nee Haffki) (John) Hartnett and much loved Papa to his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Our lives will never be the same without him and we will miss him beyond words. The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind.

Hallo, my name is Lothar. Gunther and I spent time in the German Forces together, in the early part of the seventies. Ginny, I truly feel sorry for your loss and can't imagine your pain. Gunther sure will be missed, specifically your Friend/ Spouse of 48 years. The biggest story I fondly remember was in 1978, Guenther was instrumental to organize my Wedding. I was held up in Hospital (Destin) to be shipped back to Germany. Gunther prepared the Guest list/ Flowers/. Got married 1 day later was send back to Germany. I owed him a lot. Thank you again. He will live on in our memories and I strongly believe that he will be watching us. Good bye...Lothar Brchmann - Posted by: Lothar Brachmann (Friend( Ex-Military)) on: Jan 20, 2025
