  • Norm was the greatest neighbour anyone could ever hope for. He and his wife Therese are like rays of sunshine coming through your window. Norm being kind and generous would help me with my lawn and anything I needed. He watered my plants because he knew I was exhausted after work and my arthritis. He was empathetic. My mom Adelia appreciated Norm’s generosity and kindness too. We will miss him greatly.
