Gertrude Anne Stephens
October 1, 1941 – February 12, 2024
Gertie left us a year ago, and although we dearly miss her, smile, support, laughter, roast beef dinners, and homemade pies, we are comforted to know that she is with her Heavenly Father, and no longer needs to put up with cold winters, taxes, weeds in the garden, mosquitoes as big as birds, and figuring out the remote control.
Gertie is now reunited with her entire family in heaven – her father Reinhold (Ronald) Radons; her mother Anne Radons (Recksiedler); her four brothers Alvin, Richard, Ronald, and Harvey Radons; her sister Ivy Smith, and her sister Rosalie Radons who died at birth.
Gertie is lovingly remembered by her beloved husband John Stephens, and their children James (Cyndi), Heather (Michael Friesen), and John (Kara); her 5 grandchildren Alex, Rebekah, Charlotte, Braelyn and Curalise Stephens.
Happy Heavenly Valentine's Day!
