Howard passed away March 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 22, 1959, in Georgetown, Guyana.
Howard is survived by daughter Kyra, sons, Spencer and Scott and grandchildren, Troy and Hannah.
A come and go celebration of Howard’s life will be held on March 28, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Army Navy, Air Force # 283, 3584 Portage Avenue.
