AMY ROXANE REYNOLDS

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Amy Roxane Reynolds at the age of 56. After a courageous battle with cancer, Amy passed away on March 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Amy will be lovingly remembered by Richard, her husband of over 26 years and their daughters, Taylor and Kayla. Also left to mourn are Amy’s mother Hilda, sister Cheryl (Evan), brother Kevin (Shari), mother-in-law Ella, in-laws Calvert (Audrey), Dale (Anne), and Delores (Brian) alongside many nieces and nephews. Amy was predeceased by her father Albert and father-in-law Frank.

Amy grew up on the family farm in Goodeve, SK, where she excelled in activities such as 4-H Beef and Sewing, curling, and figure skating. After earning a Diploma in Accountancy from SIAST, she went on to achieve her CMA designation. In her distinguished 35-year career with the Federal Government as a CPA, Amy's leadership was defined by the meaningful connections she built with her team.

Amy loved her daughters more than words could express and was incredibly proud of the women they had become. She was their unwavering support, attending every sporting event and dance performance, whether in their backyard or across the world.

Amy cherished time with family and friends, hosting gatherings, enjoying summers at the cabin, and travelling the world. Despite her diagnosis, Amy faced life with extraordinary strength and resilience. It should be said that cancer did not beat her, Amy beat cancer through the amazing life she chose to lead and the exceptional wife, mother, and friend she was while living with her diagnosis.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or CIBC Run for the Cure “Reynolds Run” team in the fall.

A celebration of Amy’s life will take place on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Breezy Bend Country Club.
