It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Frank Remic on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Extendicare Tuxedo Villa, at the age of 88 years.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of over 65 years, Ivanka; son, Frank (Lydia); daughter Rosemarie (Randy).
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff at Tuxedo Villa who took kind and compassionate care of Frank, we are grateful to each and every one of you.
In keeping with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a funeral mass celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 with prayers at 9:30 a.m. followed by the mass at 10:00 a.m. in the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 95 MacDonald Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

I'm so sorry to hear about Frank's passing. He was such a good person and friend to my mother when she became a widow. All the times he drove her to church on Sundays and helped her around the house and yard. Ivanka, I was so hoping to have one more visit to Winnipeg and to be able to take you both to church to repay the favor.
