Elmer Wiebe, age 78 years, passed away at Boundary Trails Health Centre on March 16, 2025, after a difficult illness and existing health conditions.
Elmer was born in Winkler, Manitoba on March 26, 1946.
He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, George. Elmer is remembered with love by his sole surviving sister, Helena Penn (nee Wiebe).
