  • I too had the pleasure of teaching with Marilyn at SPC, Elie. She was an exceptional story teller and will be missed. My deepest condolences. Court Reyda - Posted by: Court Reyda (colleague) on: Apr 06, 2025

  • My Husband, Richard and I worked with Marilyn for many years in Elie. Not only was she a kind and caring staff member but she was an amazing classroom teacher. Her sense of humor and her ability to relate to middle years students was exceptional. Later, as Resource teacher, she used her language skills to write proposals for funding and to develop our small town high school as the first rural Travel and Tourism program in MB which led many of our students to careers in the Hospitality industry. May other young teachers be blessed with a mentor as effective as Marilyn was to us. - Posted by: Sandra Kleban (co-worker) on: Apr 04, 2025

  • I worked with Marilyn as an Educational Assistant who was a great teacher to my children, became my boss as a Resource Teacher and became a great friend of mine as the years went by. My condolences to the family. - Posted by: Jocelyne Godin (Friend) on: Apr 03, 2025
