I met Sr. Therese at Rainy River TEC #13 around 1978. I believe that she became one of the founding members of Winnipeg TEC shortly after. Over the years, her motherly presence, smiles, and love at various TEC retrests, were always a joy to share our TEC Encounters with. My sympathy to the Oblate Sisters and to her family. I will always treasure the gift of her life. God's eternal rest be hers. - Posted by: Lucie Bittner (TEC (Teans Encounter Christ) Friend) on: Apr 05, 2025

I first knew Therese in 1948 when she looked after me my first year at St. Charles Convent. Later, we each went our own ways till friendship was renewed and I was able to join her for several months in Maga, Cameroon. She was such a lovely, kind person plus devoted to all she undertook. I loved her dearly and though sad to see her leave us, she will be welcomed into Christ’s arms with tender love and much rejoicing. My deepest sympathies go out to Marguerite and all her families. I will keep her and her loved ones in my prayers. Sincere sympathies also the all her Oblate Sisters. ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 - Posted by: Lorielle Roy Downey (Long time friend) on: Apr 05, 2025
