There will be a Celebration of Life for Mitch Davidson on May 11, 2025 at the Masonic Memorial Centre - confusion corner, 420 Corydon Avenue.
Loving husband to Michelle, dad to Mitch Jr (MJ) and big brother to Jennifer Chiappetta and Lori-Ann Davidson.
Doors open 130 p.m. Celebration 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Cash only bar.

I moved to Winnipeg in 1975 and met Mitch through our mutual association with volleyball. Specifically, I was a player and Mitch was an official. As an official, Mitch was quiet and humble and always seemed to be on the stand simply so that the teams could play. I understand that this servant attitude was very much a part of his relationship with his family as well. No surprise there. In the interactions I had with Mitch outside of volleyball, he was the same way (quiet, thoughtful, never the show, and prepared to give you the shirt off his back if he felt you needed it). Mitch and I did not spend a lot of time in each others’ company since I moved from Winnipeg, but he was just, he was kind and he walked humbly.
