Barbara Jean McNaught-Moroz passed away on April 11, 2025 at Stensrud Lodge in Saskatoon after a lengthy illness with osteoporosis and COPD.
Barbara was born in Winnipeg, MB, St. James area on March 1, 1948, where she received her education. Her first job was at Eaton’s. In 1976, she met and later married Donald Moroz, from Grandview, MB. In 1980 Donald and Barbara moved to Yellowknife, NWT. She worked for NWT Territorial Government and later the Federal Government. In 1995, Donald and Barbara moved to Saskatoon where she worked for the Federal Government at Dundurn Military Base. She retired in 2013, after 33 years of service.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Tom and Irene McNaught. She is survived by her husband, Donald; brothers, Russell McNaught and Carl Vallance; sister-in-law, Anastasia (Bunnie) Hardy; brother-in-law, Mathew Moroz; nephews, nieces and all their families.
To honour Barbara’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
