JOYCE TOHMS
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we say goodbye to Joyce Tohms. She was our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, protector, dancer, traveller and so much more. No matter what life threw at her, she always had a smile.
She will be greatly missed by her two sons, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, two sisters and countless friends and family.
We admire her courage for choosing MAID to end her life on her own terms, the same way in which she lived. Thank you to Nanaimo's Kiwanis Village for their support during this painful time.
