• Lesia & Family; My heart is heavy with sorrow for you and your beautiful family during this incredibly challenging time. We are completely shocked to learn the news of John's passing. Every time I would see John, he always made time to chat and asked how I and my family was doing. He truly cared about our family and always made us feel like we were part of his family. We missed getting together in November last year and had planned to meet this November to celebrate his retirement (finally) and to truly catch up. Breaks my heart, however grateful that we had a nice long chat when we did connect. We hold dear the special videos of our children's births, capturing the precious moments of our return home from the hospital, memories we will treasure forever. John was more than a friend; he was like a second father to me. His friendship with my dad, Norm Woodward, spanned over 50 years, both at work and in their personal lives. John's infectious laughter, warm smile, and immense heart will always be remembered and be greatly missed. I loved seeing the picture of Dad & John in your video, they are together again and I am certain my dad welcomed him with open arms. The memories of John will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Lesia; may you find comfort and strength in the love and support of those surrounding you during this very difficult time.
