To the Family and Friends of Rick, I was deeply saddened to learn of Rick’s passing. I had the privilege of working with Rick at the City of Winnipeg Civic Properties Department. When I first joined the department, Rick was one of the individuals who generously took the time to guide me as I became familiar with a new workplace. His support, patience, and willingness to share his knowledge left a lasting impression on me. I will always remember his professionalism and the working friendship we developed.
