LESLIE (LES) WILLIAM MILLS
With sadness we announce the passing of our beloved brother, uncle and friend, Leslie William Mills, age 76. Les’ resiliency enabled him to fight cancer for a decade, blessing us with extra time with him.
Les was unwaveringly committed to sister Glenna; brother Jim; nieces and nephews, their partners and children. Buoyant, kind, irreplaceable, and unforgettable, we will miss him often and always.
A Celebration of Life will be held October 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., Tamarack Room, Qualico Family Centre, Winnipeg.

I remember Les at Uncle Dan and Aunt Louise's house, the long visits in the living room, navigating the quilt being made by my grandmother and Aunt Louise. Les was always so enthusiastic when family got together, always a smile and lots of laughter. Les was being 'Les' when he took it upon himself to sanitize the railings at his apartment building during COVID. He would have been so missed at Brennan's wedding celebration.
