PAUL IRVING THORSTEINSON
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Thorsteinson on September 9, 2025.
He leaves behind his wife Annette Verley; son Clayton; grandson Jake; Jake’s mother Michelle; sister Norie Garrow; brothers Helgi (Barb), Thor (Debbie), Eric (Karen); and Verley family Anita, Reg (Wendy Gilbertson), Roland (Lea), Lucille (Kevin Swordy), Sylvia Taggart, Della Letain along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his sons Hal and Kelly; parents Harold and Jonina; in-laws, Bill Garrow, Cyrille Verley, Irene and Andy Girard, Al Taggart and Peter Letain.
Paul was a Construction Superintendent and proud to be a Millwright. He enjoyed golf, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed the many years he had in Tucson AZ after his retirement. He was very proud of his grandson Jake. Family and friends were very important to him.
A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at the St Boniface Golf Course, 100 Youville on September 22, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., program will begin at 1:30 p.m.
