Karen and I got the great experience of working with Ron and becoming his friend, a rare person of whom we only remember good memories whether at work or in public. Our condolences for the huge loss to his family who he loved so much, the health care community he was such an integral part of and his ER family who so much relied on his steady guidance and humor in the most difficult times.
