Ruth was a deeply caring, thoughtful and giving woman. I met and got to know her at Elim Chapel. We were a part of a small team who worked in youth ministries at Elim Chapel. The young people who knew her loved her and knew that she cared deeply about them. She was full of energy and fun but at the same time could speak with wisdom. Her devotionals were a blend of sharing aspects of her own life along with well crafted God centered talks. Ruth was a friend who could converse in depth about many things. She would readily discuss important spiritual truths and wrestle with the issues we all face in this journey through life. She was special. I am thankful that she is now in heaven with her Lord and Savior and has been fully restored. - Posted by: Elvy Pierce (Friend) on: Nov 17, 2025

To Ruth's family and sister Susan, I am very sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. When we attended Elim Chape., she told my boys to call her, "My beautiful cousin Ruth" I will never forget that.Sorry to hear that she had dementia. Susan I am sure you have struggled with Ruth over the last few years. It can't be easy to be the last one in your family. My Mum is still alive at age 95 but she also has dementia. We lost our Son, Jeffery last year. We will see all of them again in Heaven. Glad her suffering is over and she is with her Lord. Take care, - Posted by: Dorothy Wiens (COUSIN) on: Nov 15, 2025

Ruth was one of my favorite supervisors. She was always laughing at me for dumb things I told her or stuff I did. Ruth made our section a lot of fun, she was a great supervisor and a really good friend by the time we were all moving on in our careers. I am so blessed to have known her. To Ruth’s family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Cindy Wright (Former coworker) on: Nov 15, 2025
