  • I am so very sorry to hear of Sandra's passing, and offer sincere condolences to her family. My family got to know Sandra this past June when she and our Mom Grace were roommates at St Boniface Hospital. During that one week, Sandra and Mom had many talks and shared laughs and life stories. They became a friend to each other during a very difficult time for both of them. When Mom passed away later that week, my siblings and I went to visit Sandra before leaving the hospital and we all shared a hug and a good cry. We let Sandra know how much her kindness, humour, and friendship during those few days meant to our Mom and to us. Sandy was truly a lovely person. - Posted by: Jackie Bannatyne & The Gillespie family (acquaintance) on: Nov 15, 2025
