Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Dear Family of David Kitchen, Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the sudden passing of David. His loss came as a deep shock to me, as I was not expecting it at all. Caring for him was truly an honour, and I want you to know how special he was to all of us. David was incredibly kind, funny, and full of warmth. He had a way of brightening the room and lifting the spirits of everyone around him. On many days, he made my shift easier just by being himself — through his humour, his gentle personality, and the way he treated others with such respect and appreciation. I feel grateful to have known him, and I will always remember the moments we shared. Thank you for allowing me to be part of his care. I hope you find comfort in the beautiful memories he leaves behind and in the love he gave so freely. Wishing you strength, peace, and healing during this difficult and unexpected time. • It was Davey K . from when we first met and started to work together , the Best Glass Cutter in Winnipeg a Master in his trade . Over the years met Lil and other Family members all great & friendly people , and boy did Lil and Dave love to dance and good too. Dave went on to another successful careen in the Hotel industry with Lawrence and family . Didn’t see much of either other the last few years but always connected on his Birthdays where we would catch up on people and things, always mentioned his niece Chantel coming for visits and getting him his necessities. We shall miss him, a fried and a wonderful person. RIP. Tom, Evelyn, Rob and Terry Johnstone . - Posted by: Tom Johnstone & Family (Friend) on: Nov 24, 2025
