Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySAMUEL JOSEPH ADAMS
With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son Samuel Joseph Adams on Monday, November 24, 2025. With his family by his side, "Sammi" went to be with his Lord and Savior at the tender age of 21.
He is survived and cherished by his parents, Angela and Gerald Adams. Sam was loved dearly and will be missed by his aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
Sam was born on December 30, 2003, at the St Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He lived in the city all of his life, and traveled abroad for memorable vacations across North America. Sam spent many wonderful family summers at Boggy Creek near the Duck Mountains. He loved mountain biking, swimming, hiking, and was a master online gamer. Sam enjoyed time with his best friend Damon Chartrand, whom he called his brother. They spent many days going for wilderness walks, talking and gaming, listening to music, and just hanging out.
Sam's laughter was large and heartfelt. Working through the typical struggles of a young man, he had wonderful plans and a promising future before he left us so quickly. All who met him recognized his good heart, his big hazel eyes, and everyone fell in love with that amazing thick head of hair.
The privilege of being Sam's parents was the greatest gift that anyone could receive. Although our time with him was short, we will cherish so many memories, and he will live on in our hearts forever.
Please join us in remembering Sam at his memorial service to be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Lutheran Church of the Cross, 560 Arlington Street in Winnipeg.

I remember clearly how excited you guys were waiting for Sammy to be born. You had wanted to be parents for so long and the time had finally come. Scared and excited, you couldn't wait to hold him in your arms. You were so proud of him as he grew. His accomplishments and his struggles, you stood by him. I'm so sorry he has left you now. He will always be remembered. My Condolences for you both. Sending strength and prayers. - Posted by: Audrey Marcoux (Friend) on: Dec 04, 2025

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Sam. I enjoyed getting to know him at REC. He had a great sense of humor and I could also see his caring and vulnerable side too. He had a lot of potential. It is huge loss that his journey on this earth has ended so soon. My deepest Condolences are going out to his family during this difficult time. - Posted by: Lisa Laxdal (Teacher) on: Dec 04, 2025
