It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father and grandfather George Desrochers, on March 19, 2026, at Victoria General Hospital at the age of 97 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Lucy (Joe) Page and Lucille (Glenn) Pitre; daughter in-law Anita Desrochers; his grandchildren Lisa Page, Michele (Rich) Twerdun, Marc Pitre (Serena), Tracy (Mitch) Girardin, Robert Desrochers, and Nicole Desrochers (Ryan); great-grandchildren Wyatt, Alyssa, Fisher, Lakelyn, Darrian, Charlie and Jimin. He is also survived by his sister Alma (Marcel) Coss as well as numerous in-laws. George was predeceased by his loving wife Julie, his sons Hubert and Raymond, his parents Raoul and Elise Desrochers, his sisters Laurence and Lillian, and his brothers Felix, Roland and Victor.
Cremation has taken place and as per his wishes there will be no funeral. A private interment will be held at a later date.
