On Good Friday, April 3, just after his 79th birthday, John died peacefully at Concordia Place Personal Care Home, his home for the last 19 years. The family wishes to thank the staff at Concordia Place for the excellent care John received during his years there. Cremation has taken place and the family is planning a private graveside service later in the spring.
