MARYANNE PIERCY
It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of MaryAnne Piercy after a brief illness at Health Science Centre.
MaryAnne was predeceased by her parents Dmytro and Teklia Gulenchin, brothers Michael, Bill, Roy, and sisters Jeanne and Anne. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Helen (Mike) Bomak, and brother Dennis (Donna) Gulenchin and sister-in-law Lorraine Gulenchin as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family of the late MaryAnne (Gulenchin) wishes to express sincere appreciation for all the kindness, messages of sympathy. We would like to thank the caring staff on H4 and WRS2 at Health Science Centre for looking after Mary. Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. from Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin, MB with Very Reverand Father Oleg Bodnarski officiating. Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery - Dauphin in Dauphin, MB. Pallbearers were Michael Gulenchin, Dennis Gulenchin, Jason Gulenchin, Christopher Gulenchin, Nichole Gulenchin, Kim Bomak.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of MaryAnne may be made to the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Resurrection.
