  • I met John when I started working with the City of Winnipeg in 1985, and he’s someone I never forgot. He was easygoing, always willing to help, and always up for a good joke. John went out of his way for people, and I was grateful for the advice and wisdom he shared with me early in my career. His memory will stay with me. Rest in peace, my friend - Posted by: Dennis Glowasky (Coworker) on: May 09, 2026

  • I have many happy memories of John, from when we both worked for The City of Winnipeg. I remember John as a nice man and as a hard working and dedicated employee. Even when he was dealing with a complicated problem at work, he always still had the happy smile that is shown on his obituary. - Posted by: Ken Hayes (Friend) on: May 09, 2026
