It is with great sadness that her family announces the passing of Marilyn Loraine Stubbe on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 75 years.

Marilyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband Larry; son Lorne (Susan) and their son Evan (Anya); and son Ryan (Kim) and their daughter Allyson.

In keeping with Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.

  • Larry, Lorne, Ryan and family. Sincere condolences in the passing of Marilyn. I was so happy to have reconnected with her in the last couple of years after being long time friends during our school years. Always fun to be with and kind to everyone. She adored her family and was so proud of her sons and their families. I will miss her terribly but know that her suffering is over. She fought so hard to stay but God had other plans. I know that the great memories of her will keep her close to your heart. May you rest in peace, Marilyn, you deserve it. Sincerely, Louise Dionne Morgan. - Posted by: Louise (long time friend) on: May 10, 2026

  • Larry, Lorne, Ryan and family. Sincere condolences in the passing of Marilyn. She was a wonderful friend to so many. We reconnected a few years back but our friendship goes back to elementary school. I don't think you could meet a kinder person, always so considerate and friendly. She loved her family and that was her main concern when she learned of her cancer. She fought hard to stay but God had other plans. You will be missed but thought of often. May you finally rest in peace. Will miss you. Louise Dionne Morgan - Posted by: Louise Morgan (Long time friend) on: May 09, 2026
